Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage clients to book appointments a few weeks in advance to ensure clients get the day and time of their preference.
We recommend that clients arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
Every client is offered a complimentary consultation with an aesthetician. Our consultations include an in-depth education about your skin as well as all available options for treatment.
Clients must provide a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
For your safety, some treatment and products are not recommended for certain clients. We ask that clients advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent medical procedures, or special needs which may affect your services.
Services rendered, gift cards, and packages are non-refundable.
